Cold wet polluted air, breathing fine

Yesterday’s treatment for not

being able to breathe properly in the cold, wet, misty air, with all the airborne pollutants, was successful. I took a lungful

upon waking and was breathing fine. It took about a day for the treatment to settle and take hold fully.

Wet misty cold morning air, can’t breathe properly

Treatment when I woke up to a

dampness in the air, where the pollutants mold, spores, and all manner of things were suspended in the wet air mist. This is

what sufferrers of COPD or asthma might associate with cold, damp mornings, when they reach for their inhaler or just stay in.

I used to think that it was just the cold air that closed up my lungs. Then I studied the manuals from Sandi Radomski’s

Allergy Antidotes (TM), which is recommended by Gary Craig, the founder of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Now I

understand that there are many factors:
The temperature of the air;
The air pressure;
Airborne pollutants;
Spores (for me

this is mold/fungus, for hayfever sufferers this is plant pollen)
Pollen;
Water;
[This is one I have noticed and am yet to

treat fully] Chemicals created via reactions of some pullutants in the air to water in the air under certain pressure and

temperature conditions;
Individual components of any of the above;
Mixtures of any of the above.

So yesterday I did as

recommended in the manual. I wet a paper tissue and hung it outside for a few hours in the cold morning mist. Then I brought

it in, held it in one hand, closing the thumb inside my fist in the Body Awareness mode. Then I did several rounds of EFT,

including the Head and UB points (I use a series of points under the breast and gentle drumming on the head with the fingers),

with both the shortcut to the KC and the Full Basic Recipe. I also did the Karate Chop 33 recommended in Allergy Antidotes

(TM), which is tapping on the KC 33 times. Now I tried doing this on the EFT round and find that at number 20, I feel a

definite energy change in my body, so I wonder if done as part of an EFT round, is a different number better? My guess is yes,

if that is the 33rd thing you do after the Setup. The Setup is always on the Sore Spot, to encourage the flow of lymph, as my

lungs were congested after hitting the cold, damp morning air.

Setup:
“Even though I have a problem with the contents of

this tissue collected at these conditions, I deeply…”
“Even though I have a problem with these pollutants and fungus/mold, I

deeply…” [I had intuitively tested if it was OK to treat all the contents of the tissue at once, and the answer was yes, then

I intutively tested if it was OK to represent the contents as “pollutants and fungus/mold”, and the answer again was

yes]

Reminder:
“These pollutants”
“This Fungus/mold”
“These pollutants and molds”

I yawned a lot, releasing much

energy, and needed a rest afterwards.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. Exercise motivation

At the gym today, I started

flagging at 14:25, just before I was due to do a three-minute stretch at 100 RPM.

Tapped my KC against the bike hadlebars

and repeated in my head:
Reminder:
“14:28”

I happily did just over 3 minutes at 100 RPM.

I repeated this again for 2

minutes. I aim to build up to a total of 10 minutes per session of 45 minutes.

My breathing is much easier.
