Dry Mouth EFT Tapping

Woke up with a dry mouth. My

CP (a Buteyko method mesurement of carbon dioxide in your body) was 10, an overall improvement from when I started but way down

on what it has been recently. I must have had my mouth open, as my mouth tape had gone. I think I removed it just before

going to sleep. So here goes:

Setup
“Even though I’ve removed my mouth tape, I forgive myself”

I keep catching myself shallow-breathing this morning.

Setup
“Even though I need to breathe from

further down, from my diaphragm, I deeply love and accept myself”

I notice that

I find it very hard to breathe from deep down because I have a blockage in that part of my left lung, which hurts unless I

shallow-breathe.

Setup
“Even though my left lung hurts, I deeply love and accept myself”

lung, this infection in my left lung”

I notice that because of this blockage, I had been sleeping askew, hurting my neck and

right shoulder, which now makes me shallow-breathe too.

I do stretches and exercises for my neck and shoulder, my

shoulder goes back into position.

I am reminded that I recently had an argument with my partner and this

has led to problems with my chakras being misaligned, which may be affecting my breathing.

I feel calm, I am deep-breathing,

albeit with some discomfort. I tap some more, everything is easier and I am nicely tired now, much negative energy

released.

Asthma Breathing Technique and EFT

Smokers lung is not nice. Now

that I have removed probably all the emotional and most of the environmemntal influences that were stuck in my body, I felt

last week that it was time to try the Buteyko breathing technique, used successfully for many asthmatics, with proven results

in its country of origin, even for emphysema. With a twist – EFT for speedier results. I bought “Close Your Mouth” from

Amazon.com and started using it straight away with EFT. EFT removes the emotional element of discomfort whilst doing the

exercises. EFT also helped me with the resistance to taping my mouth at night. Fears that it was not attractive (my partner

loved the peace, actually) were the worst, and tapping them out with EFT helped with any remaining distress from all those

would-be partners when I first got ill that deserted me once they saw me cough blood in the morning. Not that I blame them. I

just tapped silently on all the points while I was doing the exercises or about to or just after taping my mouth.

There is a

measure of progress in the Buteyko method called Control Pause. This is roughly the length of time you can go without a

breath. 5 seconds is the danger threshold, below which you are at risk of death, at 40 you are at the bottom of the Good

Health bracket, 30 is still in the Poor Health bracket. Mine was 5-10 on the first day. Last night, noticing that progress

consisted mainly of a halving of my meds in one week and consistently having a Control Pause of up to 12 seconds, I tapped as

follows:

“Even though I manage to remove the mouth tape in my sleep and wake up mouth-breathing, I deeply love and

accept myself, I choose to awaken and close my mouth whenever this happens”
“Even though progress is slow, I deeply love and

accept myself”
“Even though my poor left lung and the scar on it are unhappy first thing in the morning, I deeply love and

accept myself”
“Even though first thing this morning my control Pause was 5 till I coughed my legt lung’s goo, I deeply love

and accept myself, I ask for healing for the scar in my left lung, I allow it to heal”
“Even though this won’t work, I deeply

love and accept myself”
“Even though I need a Control Pause of over 10 first thing in the morning, I deeply love and accept

myself”

Reminder:
“CP over 10 first thing in the morning”

I fell asleep before finishing the round of EFT tapping.

I woke up as soon as the tape started to come off, at 3:52 AM, and kept waking up whenever I had my mouth open to close it. A

strong cup of tea is keeping me up this morning – no, I am not a tap fanatic, sometimes a cup of tea is nice!

My Control

Pause first thing this morning was 12. My left lung was a bit gooey but not really congested.

No Smoking Day London Challenge

This is when being a

hypnotherapist is totally in demand, as most people think hypnotherapy when they wish to stop smoking. Hypnosis now is one of

the techniques used, and I am delighted that more hypnotherapists these days are using EFT in their toolkit. Some of the

excellent EFT Practitioners that I have trained do not use hypnosis at all; they use EFT and some NLP and no hypnotherapy.

This is my method of choice, and I have spent enough time educating people about the advantages of EFT treatment to give up

smoking. I have come a long way since being disabled and totally skint. Now I have lung disease that I can live with and am

paying off all the debts from being chrinically ill (if you have never smoked, please stay that way, lung disease is not fun).

Now I must concentrate on getting my own clients in, be it Hypnotherapy with EFT and NLP or EFT with NLP that they

desire.

So, with my determined business hat on, here goes:

Even though I don’t think I’ll get 10

ex-smokers-to-be a week, I deeply love and accept myself anyway
Even though it’s freezing outside and I don’t want to be on

the street talking to smokers, I deeply love and accept and forgive myself
Even though I can’t bear the rejection when it

comes, I choose to be delighted at all the appointments I make
Even though most people can’t understand or trust how easy it

really is, I choose to persuade them, I choose to be proud when they walk out free, I choose to e happy banking my

hard-earned fee

I am feeling much more motivated now and am beginning to look forward to standing out in the cold tomorrow,

it’s worth it for all concerned 🙂
