EFT for Breathing, Posture, and my Teres Minor

I had a chest infection recently. When my left lung fills with fluid, a muscle on my left, beyond the shoulder blade, called Teres Minor, gets too tight. This constricts breathing and I guess is a protective thing when my left lung functions really badly. So after a chest infection, I usually end up with some musculoskeletal challenges to be fixed. When they are fixed, I can also breathe better.

So I was tapping the following Setup and reminder on the tube on my way to see a client:
“This teres minor tightness on the left, I accept myself”.

I felt better!

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.

Check out my new confidence program made when I got much better than at the time of this post. This post seems like such a long time ago. I am so glad I don’t suffer like that any more 🙂 See videos of me on the page of this link and see for yourself how much EFT has helped me with my health. Thank you for reading this post and your patience with some of the database corruption from when the site went down once. And please share with someone who needs it 🙂
