The carpet is still in the bedroom, it is hard to get completely clean and keep completely clean. We are getting tiles instead, and the process involves bringing up dirt and dust. So I am still suffering from the dust mites. Since I have a medical assessment to pass, I have decided to use antihistamines for a few days while I work long hours at home writing a book – on allergies of all things – just in case. But I get a reaction to antihistamines involving depression, OCD, and anger. So I tapped for this instead.

I am happy and calm, no OCD.
I can’t wait to get rid of that awful carpet, though! 😀
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
