There is this lovely trainer at the gym. Today, he gave us class where two people have to run or jump as the others do other things. I love that and his classes. Only I had made the mistake of wearing the wrong deodorant (I should not have bothered, I usually use a dilute vinegar mixture). And my left lung was struggling. He caringly instructed me to “Go at your fastest speed” running around the class, and my left lung kept trying and trying, and the shame made it worse. So I directed the healing (Optimal EFT style) at the shame that I felt, at my love-hate long relationship with this and other deodorants, and even though I still did not manage my actual fastest speed, I managed the run. less than a minute of amazing healing as I ran. I am so blessed.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this.
