Anxiety EFT Tapping and Control

All day, I have been anxious, restless, and negative thoughts kept returning. I kept tapping but nothing lasted. Just a while ago, I sat down and tapped as I asked myself why? It definitely had something to do with paying my lawyer in my spouse’s country to take that country’s immigration department to court for contravening the law and splitting us up. It meant that until the visa application for my spouse was completed next year, I could visit every two months or so. So why the anxiety and negative thinking?

The answer came to me whilst tapping and asking why: I have now done everything I had to and could do and handed over to the lawyer, so it was now out of my control. So I simply tapped on all the points I like:

“I’ve done everything I could and it’s now out of my control”

I kept tapping this over and over again. And…

Finally, the crazy thoughts in my head and tension and anxiety in my body are gone. I feel peace.

EFT Tapping For Anxiety and Control – Why This Post On a COPD Blog?

Because there is enough evidence that unhappy emotions can exacerbate a physical condition or possibly even help to bring it on. I do everything I can to help my left lung, which has been behaving 100% for most of the past few weeks. This is no coincidence 🙂 When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. Tap-and-type (typing one-handed), tap-and-write, and tap-and-talk are excellent ways of releasing emotional pressure when you don’t have time to do more, or are overwhelmed. I hope this helps you or someone you care for. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this.
