African Jails On TV

African Jails On TV

I am finally able to cry and start releasing the pure hell I went through last year in Africa. After 6.5 almost magical years with my South African spouse in Cape Town, immigration policies changed. We had intended to return back to my home country, the UK, in 2 years from this posting. But immigration people changed the rules illegally, and I was one of thousands who lost their jobs, their homes, and temporarily, their partners.

There is a program on TV at the moment. I had put it on not knowing what it was. It’s about Brits who had gone abroad to such countries and ended up in serious trouble, out of which they were lucky to finally escape alive.

I had accepted a family offer of leaving before risking arrest, and ended up spending 7 months with family, in their homes, with little money, able to work on average maybe one hour a day, and constantly heartbroken without my spouse and beloved cat. Now watching these programs ( I could not help but torture myself by watching them, finally getting the wherewithal for a release – I finally thought to tap as I watched). Although my first 7 months back in my home country were very challenging, and that is putting it mildly, it was nothing compared to the very real possibility of being thrown into an African jail on trumped up charges.

Next time I travel to strange foreign lands, it will be out of pure necessity. I will try and visit my spouse in January next year, helped and protected by a recommended lawyer. In just over a year from now, I can possibly have my spouse back with me here in the UK. I will happily visit South Africa for medical reasons again. Only this time, I will only go for the treatment and come straight back.

Tapping whilst watching the programs was very releasing for me. There were no words needed. Just watch-and-tap.

EFT Tapping For Foreign Misadventure – Why This Post On a COPD Blog?

Because anything that affects my emotional health can have an impact on my physical health. My health was not always as good as this. Please go back to around 2005 on this personal healing blog to get to the worst postings (when I was often bed-ridden, unable to breathe enough to get out of bed), if you are looking for how to tap for those really bad days of health.
