This is something close to my heart, and has been my dream for a while, but… I arranged this special weekend and now feel somewhat overwhelmed by the preparation. There is so very much to do, and a limited budget with which to hire out services for help.
“Even though I know where to start but I just don’t know how I’m going to get it all done…”
“Even though this means I’m fully booked for three days solid, 12 hours a day..”
“Even though I wish I could rest first…”
I tapped all the points, including 9-gamut, OK, ready! And, I remembered I have Monday morning off to go to the gym and relax 😀
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
