Even though …….’s a ….., I deeply love and accept myself
Even though ……. has this way of raising my goalposts till no way can I possibly achieve the result, I deeply love and accept myself
Even though …. is a complete ar……., I deeply love and accept myself
Even though ….. is doing something cruel and unforgivable, even though it’s unintentional, I’m so distraught, I accept myself anyway
Even though ….. lives in la-la land, I deeply love and accept myself
Even though there’s too much pressure on me financially and …. is aware of not performing and is afraid of success, I deeply accept myself
Even though this won’t get resolved anytime soon, I love myself anyway
Even though I wish I could support us both to a good level and not worry about ….. working, I deeply love and accept myself
Even though …. puts unreasonable demands on me, I deeply love and accept myself

Feel calmer.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
