Bronchitis for my two flatmates, and a horrible cough. Just a slight infection for me. Like I am about to do now, every day, several times a day, I cough up some of the offending stuff, hold it in a tissue in one hand (As per Allergy Antidotes) and Tap with the other:
Setup:”Even though I have these bacteria in my chest, I deeply accept my chest. I accept my lungs, my trachea, my alveoli, my bronchi, my bronchioli, all around my lungs, and [other parts of my body]”
Reminder on the various EFT points: “I accept my own body parts, my own cells, my own tissues. I kill bacteria. Kill this bacteria. Kill this bacteria.
Out Out of my body. Kill kill kill. Kill b…..d bacteria. Bye-bye bacteria. I let go of these bacteria from my chest and all associated by-products.”
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. — EFT with Me, Suzanne Zacharia, Practitioner — EFT low-cost workshop London UK —— EFT Master Practitioner Course UK —— Disclaimer – You are advised to consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on any course of alternative, complementary, or beauty therapy. Check out my new confidence program made when I got much better than at the time of this post. This post seems like such a long time ago. I am so glad I don’t suffer like that any more 🙂 See videos of me on the page of this link and see for yourself how much EFT has helped me with my health. Thank you for reading this post and your patience with some of the database corruption from when the site went down once. And please share with someone who needs it 🙂
