I had been working long hours, as in my spare time, I have been doing repatriation chores (going back home to the UK in 2016, Yaayyy!!!) So, my immunity was not at its best. It is important for my health that it is at its best.
So finally, I got my chance to sleep 8 full hours, much overdue. An hour before the 8, my cat woke me up by shredding my foot to pieces with her claws. The pain was so intense, I knew I was having an allergic reaction. I needed to stop it before it increased again (I needed to stop my body from producing more antibodies against cats). So I tapped, half-asleep, on all the points I could easily reach whilst lying down in bed:
“This cat allergy, I fully and completely accept Cat. I accept cat dander. I accept cat saliva. I fully and completely accept cat dander and saliva. I accept Cat that has entered into my bloodstream. Peace to my body.”
I fell back asleep, and it was lovely. I woke up with no swelling, no shortness of breath, no sneezing, no reaction to my cat whatsoever. Power to EFT Tapping, even when half-asleep!
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this.
