In the last posting, I tapped for a Nazi incident. Today just now, I’ve finished my work and my play, so I will tap a bit before bed.
I will call this incident “The Nazi Incident”
Tapping: “Even though I have this Nazi Incident feeling, I deeply…”
Starts at a 2 – I have been tapping a bit daily. When I close my eyes and imagine it better, it goes to a 4. Tapping as above… Now a 1.
Tapping: “Even though I keep getting shock after shock here in South Africa, and now I’m scared of letting this Nazi Incident go, what will I face when it’s gine, I DEEPLY LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF”
Gone! Zero! Cool!
Can’t wipe that grin off my face if I tried 😀
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
