Driving in Cape Town is a hell to be avoided. I normally take the bus but on this occasion had to drive. So I tapped as appropriate for each encounter, tapping my Thumbs against the steering wheel:
“You f….ing w….er, f……. c…, £$$^^*&^^(*….”
“That stupid little f…ing c…, that $%$&^%^$^%£%^%…”
No time for fancy Setups, just a gentle release.
Then when I had a back-seat driver with us, I rubbed the Thumb points against the steering wheel and thought to myself “Even though I feel like screaming, I deeply love and accept myself”
Both approaches worked a charm…
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
