EFT At the Gym

Today was my first proper day in the gym for a couple of weeks. I started to seriously flag a quarter of the way through my spinning class. So I rubbed and tapped the finger points on the handlebars as I was thinking “I can’t, oh no, I just can’t do this.”

Towards the end, I was tapping as I saw this lovely message in my mind’s eye:

I CAN  I CAN  I CAN

YES  YES  YES  YES

I CAN

I managed the whole class with ease and then went on to another class.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
