It is 1st January 2017. A new year and one that myself and many of my friends and acquaintances are glad to see. 2016 Was a hard year it seems for many. It was especially hard for me. Due to others being involved, I cannot divulge much, but just take my word for it that 2016 was one of the worst years of my life.
My lung health was overall pretty good. Otherwise, I suffered terribly, due to circumstances I had chosen to live under, not realising just how harmful it was going to be for me.
So, I was talking to someone upon awakening. I expressed how glad I was that 2016 was over. they then proceeded to totally negate everything they knew I had suffered that year and pretend it was a great year. They pointed out some business successes. To be honest, at my level of skill and experience, that to me is nowhere near what I could have achieved had circumstance not been so literally horrific. I tried to hold my ground but to no avail, That person wanted to negate my terrible experiences. This creates a conflict, where I would want to hold onto the bad feelings, as a witness to what had happened to me.
But I do not want bad feelings. And certainly not in the new year, the new leaf, the new beginning!
On a scale of 10-0, where 10 is the worst and 0 is neutral, I feel a 7. It is in my chest and I just want to scream “I suffered, why can’t you just recognize that and move on?!” So I tap:
“Even though I suffered, why can’t you just recognize that and move on?!, I deeply and completely honor the FACT that I had been through this and totally and completely love, honor, and accept myself, just as I am”.
“I suffered, why can’t you just recognize that and move on?!”
After about 15 minutes of this tapping, I am at a 0 out of 10. I am feeling more productive, getting ready for more creative, productive, and useful work. Thank you EFT!
EFT helps me With Everything
My health is amazing now. This is no coincidence but due to regular tapping and the discipline of using EFT to help me 🙂 EFT releases energy blocks that can make me ill again. I truly believe this, having experienced the effects of untapped stress on my body, even if it just leads to a cold. Because with COPD, a cold can be a pretty big deal. So I tap away any unwanted feelings as soon as I can, to remain healthy and happy.
