EFT Tapping For Overeating Due To Boredom
I tapped on all my favourite points as I was feeling very bored at work. there were plenty of tasks to do, but they were all boring, like book-keeping. the boredom was causing me stress, and the stress was making me feel emotional hunger. And putting on weight is unhealthy and unsightly. So I tapped on all my favourite points silently as I thought of all the things I wanted to eat and why. For example, I was worried about the results of a blood test the other day, at the same time that I saw two girls walk by with chips and vinegar. I had been craving those since.
Well, I decided to go out and get something to eat before tackling these boring tasks. And as if by magic, there was no desire for the fattening chips! I had a very satisfying wholesome thai curry instead. That was my dinner. I am very happy.
