I have a hectic day today. In the next few minutes, I have to ring the UK tax office and taxes from 2005 that I am paying off (recovering from chronic disease has been very expensive for me), then I have to attend two challenging gym classes, then I have to fill in forms for an official thing (I hate forms, not naturally good at them), then I have to chase a property company about an office I’m interested in, do marketing, and try to do some of my impending South African tax return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tapped as I re-read what I wrote above, and remembered the tasks trhat I did manage to complete this morning and I am very happy and calmer about moving forward today.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
