Food and asthma symptoms

I am changing my diet, as I

realise that due to having a leaky gut, my breathing is affected. If my left lung was OK, then a bit of asthma symptoms after

food is almost unnoticeable, but with my left lung as it is, I have to change my diet accordingly.

Leaky gut is when you

literally have holes in your gut due to wear and tear. EG an infection like Helicobacter Pylori, which I had, can give you a

leaky gut, as the bugs literally dig holes in your stomach lining with their screw-shaped bodies. So undigested bits of food

leak into your bloodstream. Your immune system fights these intruder food bits and you get the resulting allergy symptoms,

including things like asthma and feeling tired and bloated.

I had to change my diet several times in the last few years and

am experimenting still. Yesterday I ate a cucumber and then suffered with my breathing all night. In the morning, I got up

and tapped:
“Even though I have this cucumber allergy, I promise never to eat a whole cucumber again, I asked my body to

accept cucumber, I promise not to do this again, I deeply love myself even though I have eaten the wrong foods, I deeply accept

myself, with all my faults and failures. I choose to find a healthier diet, I choose to eat more healthily”

I did this over

and over again on all the points, starting with the Sore Spot as a Setup.

My immune system busy with cucumber, I had the

sniffles again. So I held a tissue containing my sniffles in one hand and tapped with the other, adding to the above

Reminder:
“I accept cucumber, I promise never to eat a whole cucumber again, I choose to fight this virus and accept

cucumber”

I slept soundly for an hour afterwards and got up feeling better and determined to successfully solve the last

piece of my lung disease puzzle: my diet.

Having for the past few years put my need to lose weight on the backburner, I am

now at a stage in my self-healing where other issues have gone or are going, and now diet becomes priority. Watch this space

for diet tapping!
