Earlier this week, I had a session with a client who came for a common golf challenge called the Yips. We got rid of it in that session using EFT and >Positive Thinking combined. And that was the main tapping I did that day. A couple of hours later, I was in the gym. I managed to do two Step classes and one V-Core class, one after the other! If you have a challenging lung condition, you would know how hard two Step classes can be. I did it. Just about, but I did it. My breathing has been better ever since and I will now go to the same classes next week too. There is no way I could have done that without EFT, so EFT is accelerating my fitness regime, which in turn accelerates my fitness levels.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
