From Coughing Up Blood For Up To 5 Hours Most Mornings (then calming myself down with a cigarette) to Half-Marathon Success – It wasn’t an easy journey. Along the way, I found EFT. Then I started this blog. Now all that hard work is worth it.
I find it essential to do aerobic exercise for my lung health, especially when in an upright position, rather than on a bike, as the damaged tube(s) in my left lung are then challenged to open. And stay open. The effect lasts for days after the effort. EFT takes the hardness out of the effort and I end up really enjoying my workout. My health was not always as good as this.
