I EFT-ed my lower back and leg stiffness, feeling flexible again within minutes. With lower back pain, the cause may be tight muscles in the thighs. I EFT-ed my tight leg muscles this morning since yesterday’s long swim. Swimming and the jacuzzi helps my left lung and my spleen. This was my EFT protocol this morning:
Setup on Sore Spot
“Even though I have this muscle tightness in my thighs, I DEEPLY accept myself”
Reminder tapped with both hands on the Crown (Top of head), Wrist, and Inside of Leg (the latter contraindicated for pregnancy):
“These stiff muscles in my thighs”
Then I EFT-ed by simply tapping on the EFT points it was easy to reach whilst doing my roll-down-roll-up stretch. Back pain gone.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
