Yesterday, I had a stressful afternoon. Then I came back home and had a lot of cheese, and then I had an argument with my partner, which we cleared up, but I did not tap for it then. Afterwards, I had some milk, and then yoghurt. I was wheezing all night.
Whilst washing the dishes this morning, I realized why I’d been wheezing so much and tapped for it straightaway. Setup and Reminder on the various EFT points: “Even though I’ve been a stupid argumentative ass, I accept milk, I accept myself”
….yawning like crazy… more tapping…more yawning…stopped yawning…stopped tapping…it must be working, and I’ll find out as I go along. In the meantime, I’ll avoid milk for the next day or so.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
