Positive EFT is the only way I can deal with the deep trauma I am experiencing. Currently helping out in a project in Africa, boy oh boy, Africa is a very hard place to be. Everything is hard. Some of the people are hard. And for a Briton to be abroad, there are many protections that in our own country are simply not there. I used to laugh at people who went to a third-world country and then complained of their suffering, or who were treated badly, imprisoned etc. I used to think “Why are they so stupid to live in such a backwards place with backwards people?” But now, I find myself in that situation and my emotions range from wanting to kick myself to rage to deep sadness to terror. I have recently been accused, in writing, of fraud. Words cannot express how I feel. All I want is peace. So I did the Positive EFT procedure, and the word of the moment is Peace. I am repeating it at various points of the day. It is really helping.

Actually Africa has not been all that bad to me. I met some absolutely amazing people, learned so much about natural health, and physically healed my left lung much more then before, so I did the right thing, but the emotional stress has been enormous.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this.
