Post-Viral Fatigue

I know I would not have fallen for this virus if it was not for stress. There was a stressful event, after which I had insufficient time to tap. The next week, one day I had the fever, cancelled my appointments and the next day, I was fine, having tapped all over it and made sure I was nourished. But I was left with a chest infection which required 3 courses of antibiotics due to the constant stress we were under from our landlady from hell. I went to the gym yesterday and was back to normal, doing almost a full-on workout session. Today, when I went to the gym, all I could manage was 5 minutes.

So I have to tap some more on the landlady from hell issue.  I am skipping the Setup because I am ready to go straight through this. On a scale of 10 – 0, I am a a 6 out of 10 stress level.

Reminder: “Landlady from hell. Monster.” “I hate it [decided it is not human or any kind of animal and therefore cannot be anything other than “it”]. “I hate the monster.” “The monster starved its dogs.” “And I did not call the authorities in fear of the monster kicking us out” [my spouse has just said that we should have reported it and lived with the consequences. How I wish we had].

Stress level is now down to a 3 out of 10, maybe a 2.5. I doubt it will go down further, as the landlady is not reasonable or logical, and we do not know if she will break in at any time. She broke into the other house next door, also her tenant, to do building work on the property before they had moved out. The only reason why she has not broken in here is that we have been here, threatening her with calling the police. How interesting, I have just noticed I calmed down enough to call the monster a “she” rather than the need to resort to “it”. Anyway, one of us has to be here at all times, as she is quite unpredictable, and now that we are moving out, she has no brakes on her unreasonable behaviour. But 2.5 – 3 out of 10 is better than 6. I cannot wait till we can finally buy our own home again. I had sold my home to pay for my disabled spouse’s treatment and set up in business, but now we are both in much better health and my business is doing fine, so in 2 years, we will finally be free of landlords. Having said that, this landlord was the worst ever that either us or our neighbours have had to endure. Both families will be so happy next month in our new homes 🙂

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this. Please go back to around 2005 on this blog to get to the worst postings (when I was often bed-ridden, unable to breathe enough to get out of bed), if you are looking for how to tap for those really bad days of health. — EFT with Me, Suzanne Zacharia, PractitionerEFT Training Cape Town South AfricaEFT Courses UK —— Disclaimer – You are advised to consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on any course of alternative, complementary, or beauty therapy.
