Preparing to go back at gym since cold

I had a huge workload, worked up to 21 hours a day, neglected my body, then got a cold. Yes, I know the cold was inevitable the way I chose to work, and yes, I hope I have learned my lesson. I soon go back to the gym for the first time, and I feel sad about the almost two weeks off the gym that I have had.

As I tap, I remember that I still have a slight chest infection.

And I didn’t really buy into the first two. The number that flashed in front of me was 68-73%. So I am repeating this tapping now.
