So here I am sitting here procrastinating, when I have a book to finish writing today. Heart palpitations 3 out of 10 at the thought. So I tap on the CB:
“This color therapy book, nearly finished, this sinking feeling, feeling disorganized, feeling worried, what if it doesn’t sell, silly that, everything I do sells, it’s just about finding the right way, first editions got rave reviews, but it’s a lot of work, maybe it’s just work for now, just one more day to go, just one day behind schedule, that’s not bad, that’s OK, I can do this, it is OK, it’s just fine.”

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
