Again today, as soon as the instructors said to breathe in, I held my breath, tapping furiously, then recovered by doing little mouse-breaths. And in my Yoga class, there was a newbie who acted seemingly very selfishly although I am sure it was not on purpose. After tapping, my huge indignation and temper totally calmed and we smiled at each other and shared a moment of camaraderie. For that, I scratch-tapped my Under Nipple points – easy peasy. And thatś not all EFT has done for me in the gym today. Before starting, I tapped for my left knee and all the emotions it was trying to get me to release – successfully. The way I did it is simply tapped ¨Even though I have this [emotion at person] in my left knee, I deeply love and accept myself¨. I did it in the changing-room before I started. Woohoo!
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
