Setbacks are OK

In the last two weeks, I moved home, had an enormous amount of emotional and physical stress, and as a result:
– On about 4 days, I took painkillers for headache;
– I had not been to the gym since my last post till this evening;
– My jeans feel tight, so I guess I’ve gained weight (with all those takeaways);
– I feel unfit and have been taking my inhaler more.

So why am I saying all this? Because I have been through setbacks like this before and came out the other end. Because I know that there are many EFT tappers out there who get despondent when they get a setback. Watch this space and see me get out of this and go forward once more.

Till then…

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
