I was stretching at the gym today. I had developed a problem in my left knee due to taking Singulair (it seems to accentuate any challenge at the joints).
As I did my stretches, as mild and safe as they were, it was unbearable. So I tapped:
“Even though I can’t stretch any further…”
“Even though I can’t hold this stretch…”
“Even though my tissues hold the memory of this trauma…”
“Even though I took this Singulair…”
“Even though my fascia are stressed…”
I was able to do all my stretches, and now my knee feels much better!
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
