Frustration And Anger Stress At Work

Do you ever get stress at work because of inconsiderate or let us be honest, people who do not realize that they are being inconsiderate and making you work 3 times as much?

I just have. I feel so frustrated and angry. This person turned out to be a nice person, we had a long chat, but the marketing company who bought her in my direction write misleading things, and their advertising on TV is very misleading, in my opinion. So she has been pestering me to make her an appointment for me to earn £2 income per appointment. But dealing with her so far has now halved the amount. I had to call her, explain how that marketer works, what to expect, and that it is not a way to enjoy one appointment but a kind of trial to see if she wants to become a client o not. It turned out she had not bought from the marketing company as yet, became totally confused, and luckily decided not to persue an appointment with me, as I said it was only for people who seriously were thinknig of engaging my services after the trial.

We had a good chat, I think I was very professional, and I now have ended her regular hassling of me. She did not mean to hassle me. The marketing company write their information in such a way as to mislead the client into buying and thinking they own an appointment asap before they even commit to buying. And I will let all but one marketing company go when I have a member of staff to hep me again. If you have been following my blog, you will see that my business, spouse, home, everything was taken away from me after emigrating abroad, because of a sudden change of policy in that country about spouses. I was one of thousands, and we still chat over Facebook and see how we are doing and give each other emotional support. So now I am reduced to starting afresh with minimal budget (long story). I expect to ave a full business like before by about March or April next year, in the safety and security of my own country, which i shall not leave again for a long time; but until then, I have to put in crazy hours and learn lots of new things. And clients that do not understand and hassle me, albeit totally innocently, and very nice people, well that really makes me FRUSTRATED!!!!

Now for my self-EFT:

Tapping on all my favourite points over and over again, as I say as loud as I dare without the neighbours complaining:

After 5 minutes of this, I am smiling and calm.

OK, I feel fine now about him. Starting to see the funny side. It was my fault to have tried to join a hyperventilating teacher’s gym class. I should have remembered. But it happens. It shouldn’t ruin my day. But I still feel angry. I realize that what added fuel to the fire was that just before that incident, I had been lied to by someone I care about, and I have So I tap:

The anger, initially a 10 out of 10, went down to a 9, and now it has gone, replaced by sadness for the person who lied to me. because I know they were also lying to themselves and actually believed their lie. This person lives in constant denial. It is sad.

The anger and sadness disappeared, leaving an undefined feeling.

I feel calm. I’m at the gym computer and have far exceeded my time on the computer, so I will go. Down to a 2 out of 10. Happy to continue later.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system – better in my experience than hypnotherapy or anything else I have tried! In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. Forgiveness does not make it right

Forgiveness does not make it right, its function is only to make me feel alright

I am sitting on the bus, repeating this mantra as I tap my Thumb point against the underside of my iPad. Nobody on the bus can tell what I am doing. But I am finally releasing the anger, shock, and total dismay from an incident that happened yesterday, when I witnessed a woman nearly run a small child over on a zebra crossing, overtaking the car on her right. The other driver’s face as he hooted in panic and horror just said it all. He looked like he expected to see the child killed in front of him.

I also now m tapping for shouting at her instead of taking the number plate and reporting it to the police, taking a picture with my phone, anything. I was too shocked. I forgive myself.

And finally I am tapping this statement:

“I want to let go of this”

After 10 minutes of tapping, I feel so much better…

I tap daily for my health. Yesterday, I tapped on all the points in public as I expressed my anger and talked bout the incident with two other shocked witnesses. Tapping keeps cortisol levels down (scientifically proven fact). Therefore it helps me stay as healthy as possible. I was not always as healthy as this. For the really bad days of illness and how I overcame them, look back in the archives of this blog, back to around 2005.
