EFT Tapping For Overeating Due To Boredom

I tapped on all my favourite points as I was feeling very bored at work. there were plenty of tasks to do, but they were all boring, like book-keeping. the boredom was causing me stress, and the stress was making me feel emotional hunger. And putting on weight is unhealthy and unsightly. So I tapped on all my favourite points silently as I thought of all the things I wanted to eat and why. For example, I was worried about the results of a blood test the other day, at the same time that I saw two girls walk by with chips and vinegar. I had been craving those since.

Well, I decided to go out and get something to eat before tackling these boring tasks. And as if by magic, there was no desire for the fattening chips! I had a very satisfying wholesome thai curry instead. That was my dinner. I am very happy.

EFT Tapping For Overeating – Why This Post On a COPD Blog?

Because being slim is helpful to healthier breathing. I do everything I can to help my left lung, which has been behaving 100% for most of the past few weeks. This is no coincidence 🙂 When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this. Feeling sorry for my self EFT Tapping

2 Days scheduled for working faster and smarter on the internet at home… And African internet goes down almost completely yesterday and is almost non-existent, except at exorbitant prices, from 1:30 pm today. I have to explain to my business partner why I don’t have the figures (can’t access them unless we paid a lot of money for the privilege, hence defeating the object, and have to do loads of boring admin without the pleasure or reward of communicating and sharing with kindred spirit in-between breaks, like on FB and other social media. I am not used to living this hard life 🙁

So I tap…

“This hard life, I hate it, I deeply love and accept myself”
“I should have listened to the warnings, I want to forgive myself”
“I hate this hard life”

Now I am much calmer. I came to Africa for better medical care and got it and got better. I would not have had this opportunity had I not lived here. But I wish I had just come for 2 years and no longer. And I wish I had planned it better.

So I tap…
“I wish I had planned it better”
“I was warned I would suffer greatly, and I have”
“I told my family they were right, and they may gloat and say ‘I told you’ :)”

I feel a lot calmer now. 2.5 Months and it is all over and I will be back home again. Boring admin to be done. Here I come!
