Back in London, Marketing My EFT Course Reminds Me of How I Marketed it Abroad – Only with 100 Percent Authenticity

Whilst living abroad for some 8 years, I marketed my EFT courses by being my own authentic self. And now I need to get two more attendees to complete the forthcoming EFT Course in London-Kent, and I need to go back to being my authentic self.

However, this is something that I have hidden from the public for two years. This is whilst I struggled with the results of a series of events which led to me coming back to my  UK homeland homeless and almost penniless, having to start all over again, due to crazy changes in my spouse’s country’s visa rules. My time, money, and efforts were spent on clearing my name as an accused illegal immigrant in my spouse’s country (successfully completed), getting my spouse a visa to the UK (very long hours – up to 5 hours after each full day’s work, and very costly), and bringing my cat back home to England (very costly and stressful each step along the way). And I was technically homeless for 7 months, as this was not a planned return. I kept up hope and tapped and tapped, but in the end, my living conditions were just too much and that is when I could no longer put out regular videos on Youtube, because the subject-matter was too triggering for most people and not a good introduction to EFT.

The other day, my spouse reported to me yet again that I was displaying a particular sign of distress in my sleep. It is too personal to discuss, as it involves third parties, so let us call it X. I have decided to start walking the talk again and tapping on my own stuff in public, to show people how EFT works. This tapping is extra special, because you can use it yourself, as the words cover any situation. I am going to call the particular sign of distress “X”, in order to keep it private. If you have an exact event or reaction that you want to tap for, you can call it “X” too, and see if this can help you. Please note the disclaimers at my EFT site before you attempt tapping along, and make sure you have a working knowledge of EFT, or Tapping.

Setup:
“Even though I have this X distress, I deeply love and accept myself.”
Reminder:
“This X Distress.”

Yesterday, after tapping on it, it went from a 12 out of 10 to a 6. Now, after tapping, it brought up new parts of the problem that I had not tapped on before, so it went up to a 9. So I just continue tapping.

Setup:
“Even though I have this X distress, I deeply love and accept myself.”
Reminder:
“This X Distress.”

Finally, after tapping on parts of this issue for 2 years, I was able to cry about it. Before, it had been too raw, and so my subconscious mind had somehow numbed me to it. Now I had a little cry, and the number has gone down to a 7 out of 10. I continue tapping the same words, in the same way…

Now down to 2. I can think of what I could have done to prevent getting in that situation in the first place. And I am creating in my mind an alternative reality, where i could have escaped the X situation once it had started. I cannot change the past, but by changing the memory to a more empowered one, I can change how I feel, now that I am down to 2. It helps. Still, I go back o the original tapping, to make sure it goes to 0 and stays there.

It went down to zero. Then I did what Gary Craig calls “testing”. That is, recreating the situation as much as you can, in order to ensure that it has completely gone.  New parts of the issue came up, it went back up to a 4, down to a 2, and is now hovering around 1-2. I have to go to attend to a client now, so i will continue this tapping tomorrow.

It is important to release distress. This is not only what is recommended by many doctors and people in the medical field, but I have found out through experience that stress can mess my health. With my delicate left lung, when stress builds up, I can get very sick. When I release it as I go along, my left lung stays strong. EFT makes it much easier. My health was not always as good as this. Weight loss observation

I’ve been following Gary Craig’s advice to tap a regular EFT weight affirmation and simply observe the process. So I have been tapping daily:

“My weight is 65 kg and I allow it to be”

Well, I weigh myself again at the end of next week, and I will report back again. In the meantime, I observe that I have been following people on Twitter who are about weight-loss, regardless of whether they follow me back. Not something I would have expected. I continue to observe with wonder as this story unfolds.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either physically has a negative impact on you, such as excess weight, can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system and allowing us to move forward. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.

Fires in Cape Town

There have been 2-3 big fires in Cape Town every week for the last month or so. Every day that there is a fire we have to close all our windows and doors, keep the cat in, then clean our patio, patio furniture and windows the next day, amongst other problems. So I have been tapping whilst discussing with my other half about these fires. I tap on my CollarBone, or I tap my Thumb against a table as we talk.

The result of this tapping is that I have decided to move further away from the centre of Cape Town except for 2-3 days’ work a day, so I will be getting an office in the CBD or Southern Suburbs area as a clinic I attend 2-3 days a week. I will be doing this in August after my trip to the UK. Then we will be moving in October when our lease is up. I have looked at different areas, done the budget, worked out my options, and have Plan A, Plan B, etc all worked out. Calmly and healthily.
