Swimming Motivation EFT – Suzanne 13 – COPD Nil

Hehehe… πŸ˜€

So I went in the swimming pool for the first time since COPD got the better of me in July and August last year. At least that’s what I think, I may have gone once or twice since, but maybe for a lot less time. Now, this is a neat EFT trick to use whilst swimming the Crawl:

Get your fingers side by side and then gently let them slide by each other, stimulating the finger meridians with intent. Say in your mind whatever cheerleading ditty you feel is right for you.

So I tapped (rubbed) as I would swim a length saying in my head “Suzanne 1, COPD Nil”. That was for the first lap. OK, I had to rest in-between laps, but I managed 7 that way (“Suzanne 7, COPD Nil”). Then I stopped and tapped:

Setup
“I’m scared I won’t be able to do 2 laps in succession, but I can do it, Yes, I Can”
Reminder
“Scared to do 8 and 9 in succession”

I tapped until my belief and fear that I could not do laps 8 and 9 in succession went from a 10 out of 10 to a zero out of 10. Then I swam, “Suzanne 8 and 9, COPD Nil”, rubbing all along.

I made it! Then I did some arm strengthening exercises (my spouse critiqued my swimming to tell me what I was doing wrong, at my request). Handy having a near-ex-Olympic swimmer for a spouse πŸ™‚ And then I lost count of the further laps, but I think I managed 13 in the end.

EFT tapping for making more money

I started to invest in a program to help me make more money. Then I got to a point where I needed help. I asked tech support, and it was clear from their answer that I needed to hire IT help. But that was beyond my current budget. So I tapped on all the points I usually as I said “I need help. I allow the answer to come to me”. I came up with 3 answers, and the first IT person I wrote to agreed to my terms and is working on it now. I must add that I also tapped after I wrote but before sending that email, several times, each time making changes accordingly.

EFT For Confidence After Gullibly Getting Used

I did my whole planned workout in the gym, worked answering phone calls and selling to potential clients at the same time, and Wow! I did it! I had all this happiness, and tapping around any negativity coming up during the workout. I was like a demented superwomanΒ  πŸ™‚

But, I found out upon leaving the gym, a “client” who had booked for an embarrassing sexual problem turned out to have just used me for a cheap m*******tion. Now, I am known to work with the LGBT community and with matters of the bedroom department, and this “client” was very responsive and seemed genuine. So, naturally, I was more than happy to make an appointment, discuss fees, what to expect, etc, and of course later on, I found out he was just engaging me in conversation while he had the phone in one hand and a certain part of his anatomy in the other. And I had paid a not-inconsiderable sum on phone calls back and forth putting him at ease, explaining EFT, etc – idiot me, huh?!

So now I feel a 3 out of 10 intensity from this and I want to remove this intensity of feeling. I have a fully-booked clinic day tomorrow and the last thing I want is to go there lacking in confidence because of what this guy did. I want to let it go. So I tap:
Setup and Reminder on all the points:
“Even though this W****er used me and got me to pay for his w****ing, I just want to let it go. I have plenty of lovely clients, and they are worth a million more than this @ssh*le”

Down to intensity of 1.75 out of 10. Tapping now on all the points:
“Angry at myself for not figuring out this @ssh*le earlier”
And followed by:
“F***ing @ssh*le”
Followed by:
“F***ing @ssh*le, go to hell”

Down to zero. I don’t feel like an idiot any more. I feel calm and confidently serene.

Now tapping on all the points:
“I look forward to the lovely genuine clients I will be seeing tomorrow”

I feel Good! πŸ˜€
