Pyroluria – EFT for the diagnosis and prognosis shock

It seems I have Pyroluria, where the blood has too much kryptopyrrole, which removes 2 essential nutrients from the body – B6 and zinc. This explains in part why the tissue inside my left lung scarred so badly, although that is just supposition. It was disheartening, however, after getting so much better with my left lung and releasing so many health challenges, allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities, to find out that I have a hereditary disease. So I did what most people do and read up about it – only with one exception:

I tapped on all the EFT points that I usually use whilst reading.

This made the whole process of finding out and coming to terms with the issue much easier. The shock has left me, and I am now at peace. In fact, I feel much calmer since I have been taking the required supplementation.

I also tapped for worry about being able to always obtain supplements easily, rather than have to fight with doctors or pay huge sums of money for regular prescriptions. I am going back to the UK for good and not sure how easily I can get supplements back home.

To help me with the stress about the future with a hereditary chronic disease that means I will always need supplementation, I have been using Energy EFT as well. Here is a demonstration:

After more tapping, I am still curious if there is a way to fix Pyroluria, however, I am feeling calm and happy too. Strange mixture, and that is just OK 🙂
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this. Please go back to around 2005 on this blog to get to the worst postings (when I was often bed-ridden, unable to breathe enough to get out of bed), if you are looking for how to tap for those really bad days of health.

Forgiveness does not make it right

Forgiveness does not make it right, its function is only to make me feel alright

I am sitting on the bus, repeating this mantra as I tap my Thumb point against the underside of my iPad. Nobody on the bus can tell what I am doing. But I am finally releasing the anger, shock, and total dismay from an incident that happened yesterday, when I witnessed a woman nearly run a small child over on a zebra crossing, overtaking the car on her right. The other driver’s face as he hooted in panic and horror just said it all. He looked like he expected to see the child killed in front of him.

I also now m tapping for shouting at her instead of taking the number plate and reporting it to the police, taking a picture with my phone, anything. I was too shocked. I forgive myself.

And finally I am tapping this statement:

“I want to let go of this”

After 10 minutes of tapping, I feel so much better…

Ready for my day!

I tap daily for my health. Yesterday, I tapped on all the points in public as I expressed my anger and talked bout the incident with two other shocked witnesses. Tapping keeps cortisol levels down (scientifically proven fact). Therefore it helps me stay as healthy as possible. I was not always as healthy as this. For the really bad days of illness and how I overcame them, look back in the archives of this blog, back to around 2005.

Deadline Stress Released Tapping to a Video with EFT

I promised to report back the results of the last EFT session. The stress of moving house etc has gone for today. So, feeling still ill with the chest infection, it just did not feel right to go to the gym. Way too cold (it is mid-winter here in Cape Town, and the afternoon is proving really chilly).

So, I sat to do some work and got the motivation to start working on that report…

It was good that I did. Although there was only a small part to complete, I realized that I had not been given very important financial information with which I needed to complete that part. I did what I could and reported to my colleague what was wrong. I am so glad I did it. If I had left the report any longer, it may have been too late to detect the mistake. I have about 2 months to complete the report, so hopefully, in the next few weeks, I will have the information I need. It is important for me to finish all such work in good time this year, because of the house move.

But I really felt the pressure caused by having to ask my colleague, on a Saturday, after perhaps the first time in 5 years that she had gotten drunk the evening before and staying up all night, bless her… Not the best time to make any sense out of anyone! So, feeling the stress of having to speak coherently and slowly, I went onto Facebook, found a sad video and tapped along on my CollarBone as I cried:

That tapping released all the stuck “unggghhhhh” inside me and I feel much better. So, now, even though I am still bored and stuck at home, I have decided to take it easy and enjoy the rest of the evening regardless.
