Why I decided to cut my work day by an hour today

Simply a weight-loss strategy. I cannot even count the number of times I have tapped on having stayed up working too long and eating to stay up and do the work; over-eating.

So today, I am surprised to say that it is now automatic. I did not need to tap for it. I simply cut my working day, and the work has to wait to tomorrow and another day. No over-eating  🙂

I love EFT!!!

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this. EFT when that gym class got just too challenging

All I did hen my glutes hurt like nothing you can imagine is carry on with the exercise and just tap my Thumb point onto the floor, saying in my head “ow ow ow ow ow”. OK, sometimes I also said the ow out lout, but the tapping, wow, that mad the glute pain disappear.

I then went on to compete a full aerobic workout and stretch as well. I feel good!

The penultimate part of my recovery journey is to lose the weight I had gained being bed-ridden and taking steroids. So I work out when I can and I eat less, all with the help of EFT. EFT To Stop Eating Peanuts

Wow I found out what people mean when they say they want to stop eating! I am running a Reiki workshop today and writing on a break. Earlier, I had put peanuts out for my attendees, after which they went out to lunch. I could not take my eyes or thoughts off the peanuts and kept eating them and topping them up. Every time I thought I could stop eating, I found myself reasoning “just one more bit”. So I started tapping: “Even though I have this peanut desire…” No change. I ate some more, and they still tasted delicious. I was not physically hungry, though, surely. So I tapped again: “Even though I need this protein…” No change. “Even though I want this salt…” No change. “Even though this reminds me of when my beloved bought me peanut butter…” The taste started to turn bitter in my mouth. After a few rounds, I did not want any more peanuts for now. Success.
