The Simplest EFT Tapping

I just had to tell you about this. I read what I had written in my previous entry to check it was OK for you to read (spelling, grammar, layout). Then I realized I was feeling progressively calmer and this wonderful warm feeling was calming me further. Then I noticed I had been rubbing my Thumb point with my Forefinger point throughout the re-reading.
