Weight loss observation

I’ve been following Gary Craig’s advice to tap a regular EFT weight affirmation and simply observe the process. So I have been tapping daily:

“My weight is 65 kg and I allow it to be”

Well, I weigh myself again at the end of next week, and I will report back again. In the meantime, I observe that I have been following people on Twitter who are about weight-loss, regardless of whether they follow me back. Not something I would have expected. I continue to observe with wonder as this story unfolds.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either physically has a negative impact on you, such as excess weight, can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system and allowing us to move forward. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
