So, here I am transferring my popular e-books series onto EFT books. I love doing client sessions. I love writing books creatively with specific people in mind. But I do not like what I call drudgery writing tasks; if you are a writer, you will know just what I mean.
I am tapping on all my favorite EFT points every now and then, no words needed. As well as that, I have structured specific breaks during my writing work, where I will get up and do something physical to recharge my energy, for 5-15 minutes each time. My spouse got up, distracted me, and by tapping, I calmly decided to put some music on. Result!
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health. I call an emotion anything that your mind or body says to you, from fear to constricted airways. My health was not always as good as this.
